The link above talks about the first ever trachea transplant by using a human "manufactured" trachea. The only reason why I say "manufactured", is because a donator donated their trachea and it had to match the reciever's trachea exactly but it is hard to find an exact match. So, scientists lined the trachea with tissue by using the adult stem cells to make a tissue that would match the patient's.
Stem Cell Research and Human Cloning

Human Cloning Video
This youtube video shows the potential problems that human cloning will have to over come in order for fiction to become a reality. “The money, the ability to do something useful with cloning is probably over on the research side of cloning, not the reproductive.” (Arthur Caplan Ph. D., University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics) basically stating that human cloning is far fetched and researchers should focus more on research, but it could potentially be a likely achievement in 30-40 years.
Political Cartoon
The political cartoon shows a little baby trying to get
into heaven and the “gatekeeper” says, “Partial-birth abortion?” Assuming that
the baby was killed like that, but the baby says, “No, stem cell research.” The
political cartoon states that partial-birth abortions are just like stem cell
research in that people disagree with abortion so people should disagree with
stem cell research. Basically saying that it doesn’t matter how old the embryo
is with abortion or stem cell research, it is still preventing growth and life
and embryonic stem cell research shouldn’t be allowed.
